My husband and I have visited this location multiple times within the past 4 years. He purchased my wedding ring from here, and we also have had it cleaned a couple times. My ring has held up for 4 years, no issues. I get compliments daily because it is so unique- I still haven't seen it anywhere. The other times we visited just to browse. Everytime we have visited, we have been greeted with a warm welcome, they remember our names and are knowledgable. This isn't the jewlery store in the mall, where you ask a question and they stare at you like a deer in the headlights. Very reasonable prices. Parking lot is a little tight at an awkward intersection but, it's the city, what do you expect. And yeah, it isn't well lit ... that's any jewlery store -for a reason.

The sales people go above and beyond for every customer. I had the opportunity to work there over the holiday season a while back and I was really sorry that I couldn't stay. Every sales person treats their customers professionally, but go the extra mile for them as though they were family. The training was very elaborate. Having said that, customers appreciate buying diamonds from someone who knows what they're talking about. By the way, their jewelry selection...fabulous!! I highly recommend finding out for yourself just how amazing they are!
For a really wonderful experience, I would recommend Ali. He helped my husband with my engagement ring and was even able to teach him how to obtain my ring size. If you are in the market, please go see him!
