I was a patient there for over 16 years, before Ellen Brodsky, DDS ever bought the practice. Lately the office had not been maintaining appointments in a timely manner. After Brodsky showed up in the office 25 minutes AFTER the start of my appointment with her coat on and a wet head. i was told it would be a few more moments. I left the office, because I have a job too. I received a bill for services that they never rendered and a dismissal letter from the Art & Dentistry practice. I find it funny, that only 2 months later, Art & Dentistry sent out a letter to their clients stating Brodsky was cutting back her hours and hiring another dentist. I guess I wasn't the only client complaining about the service! Maybe an apology for her lateness and acknowledgement that they were having issues with timeliness, would have been more professional. Some day they will reap what they sow. Be gone with bad business. (Didn't have the option of NO stars!)
I had not been to the dentist in years so I was in need of a check-up and a cleaning. Everyone I met there, from the check-in people to the hygienist to the dentist, were very nice. They gave me a good cleaning and found a few cavities I needed filled. When I went back for the fillings the dentist was very professional and always wanted to make sure I was comfortable. They made a few suggestions but did not pressure me into buying any services I did not need. They are good at reminding you about your upcoming appointment. Glad to have found this place so close to my job!
The team at Art and Dentistry is truly great. Dhinal Patel spent almost an hour removing pesky stains from my teeth this morning, and I can't stop smiling. Thanks Art and Dentistry!
Do not go here! This is the worst dentistry practice I have ever been too. I took my son here and they did not fix cavity! They charged me and wrote a referral that no one will accept. Do not go here and do not take your family here! Warning, this place is worst place around, only reason I went was insurance availability and proximity it was big mistake.
Modern office and waiting room. Attentive and thoughtful staff. Highly educated dentists with great procedural skills. Recommended.
