Great place to eat with a relaxed atmosphere. Good beignets, great chicken pot pie! One of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda.
Quality place in a fantastic location. It's probably the best breakfast place in Downtown Bethesda. The food is always prepared very nicely. That being said, service can sometimes be lacking in speed. More variety of dishes seems to be in order.
I wanted to try the American classic of the Chicken Pot Pie and it was the best I’ve ever had. The prices are reasonable and friendly staff. Its also a clean decor and very spacious seats.
I ate at Silver with a group of friends. Everyone liked their meal. The wait staff was courteous attended to our needs. I had one the best meals ever - quinoa with tomatoes. Wow!
Silver has evolved into an upscale pseudo diner with an emphasis on farm to table type ingredients. Organic bison meatloaf and the short rib burger were both very tasty. I had the salmon salad which was satisfying and the salmon was cooked well. They seemed a little short staffed in the kitchen as the food took a bit long to get to the table. Otherwise the service was friendly. Average price of a main is about $20 or so.
